I'm finding I can whip a low carb meal faster than it used to take me to do a meal in a box or a frozen lean dinner. Zap some veggies & a piece of fish in the microwave (glass dishes only 'cause we don't need the estrogen from the plastic) and supper is ready in under 10 minutes.
