Not to mention a Partially Hydrogrenated Oil, I believe Soybean was listed very high on the list of ingredients. I just looked over the Chef's Choice. They also contain significant quantities of Refined Sugars [several grams]...though not anywhere near as much as the Lean Cuisines.
