FEB 10....ok...ok....so its been , like, over a month since i actually posted in here!! im so sorry!! gawd i really let myself off the hook didnt i? ok...ok...but no bs, i was exercising in between the GIANT LULL in here....but for the last few weeks honestly i havent been doing much of anything, so i guess that pretty much explains the total lack of stuff on these pages.....oooops.....ok...it could also explain why i have stopped losing weight lately...like 2 weeks straight my weight has lingered right in the 242-239 area....and even at night its been known to be between 245-239...so i dunno....i do know im trying to stay away from the scale right now....and i will only weigh myself in a case of extreme curiosity......hahahaha




ok heres my upper body workout, using 20 pound barbell on all

chest: bench press, 12,10,8,6,12
incline press,12
shoulders: behind neck press, 12,10,8,6,12
military press:12
back: bent over rows:12,10,8,6,12
pullovers:12
biceps: curls,12,10,8,6,12
reverse curls 12
triceps: triceps press,12,10,8,6,12
triceps extention,12

the biceps were a bitch today and come to think of it so were the shoulders....ugh...im considering buying one of those walking tapes to do here in the house every other day....gotta wait till dh gets paid but it would be good i think!
