I don't think PCRM are helping their cause very much. This huge media controversy only serves to call more people's attention to the diet.

I may be wrong, but I think many people are trying LC because they hear great things from friends and family who are happy with LC, not so much because they heard something on the news. And of course, once they try it and understand it and get results, many people become converts and aren't going to listen to PCRM anyway. The results speak for themselves.
