They are certainly a great addition to the LC diet. I wish I could buy them in a local shop though, instead of paying through the nose for mail order. They made a curious odour in the fridge - husband claimed something had gone mouldy in there! I also found the fishy smell of the fluid they are packed in a bit off-putting, but that dissapears when they are cooked.
