HI There,
I have recently started exercise and found my weight actually went up a bit (a couple of pounds). I was horrified until I realised that what's happening is muscle gain. I checked my body fat percentage and that has actually gone down by 2%.
My weight seems to fluctuate by about 2 pounds anyway but my waist measurement has gone down and stayed down.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that it all takes time and doesn't necessarily happen in a linear way.
One things for sure- I've never felt better.
