Default First Experiment with Shirataki/konnyaku Noodles

They're not bad at all! So long as you expect the texture of a Japanese soup noodle and not a wheat noodle, you'll be fine.

I did stir fried beef with Indonesian soy sauce, beansprouts and noodles. Very tasty and VERY filling. It just doesn't LOOK all that good as the noodles take on the colour of the beef and soy. I will be using them again though. My mind is full of ideas at the moment. Using them as the filling in sushi instead of the rice, using in place of the rice in stuffed vine leaves...etc etc etc
