This is one of those truly individual decisions as the previous responses show. I think that you learn more about what your body can handle if you gradually add more carbs, sticking with the recommended veggies and fruits. The problem with staying on induction is that your body gets used to that and you have very little room to tweak should you stop losing or even, God forbid, gain a bit. Remember, induction is always there. You can go back to it for a few days anytime.
