Just a word of caution on the chicken recipe I posted. I did the "normal" thing and dipped one breast (the chicken's, not mine! ) into the wet stuff, and then dumped it in the dry stuff. That ended up making the dry stuff clumpy in no time.

Probably a better thing to do would be to dunk each breast into the wet stuff and pile them on a plate, wash your hands, and then take one at a time and put it in the dry stuff. And remember to not get the breasts dripping in wet stuff; "wring" them out a little.

Hmmmmm. This post sounds a little X-rated!
