I used to take a massive list. Then I got sick of it and cut back

Now I just take
Twin Labs One a Day with Iron
Potassium
Calcium +D
Vitamin C
and Vitamin E

I have GTF Chromium, which contains brewers yeast, and yeast fighters, but as these seem contradictory I've stopped taking the yeast fighters while I take the GTF to see if that helps. If not I won't rebuy the GTF and go back to yeast fighters and diet
