Here's what I take and why:
Good multivitamin - because at 1500-2000 cal per day, you probably aren't eating balanced everything
Chrome Picolinate - to stabilize blood glucose
Vitamin E - because the multi doesn't have enough of it
Super omega complex - to get essential Omega 3,6,9 Fatty acids
There's probably more I could take, but I flatly *refuse* to take more pills than my grandmother
