I agree with the others, stop using the scale and start using the way clothes don't fit any more. I got my wedding rings on for the first time in 5 years the other day. I was estatic. the next morning they didn't fit again, Give me a week and they'll be slipping right on where they belong. (for some of TOM is everything, I can gain 4 - 5 lbs in water)
