Since I've just started I think I'll avoid it for the moment since it doesn't seem worth the loss, I'll save it for when I'm further down the line or special occasions.

On a different tack I'm getting a bit of grief from someone at work who doesn't agree with this way of eating but as long as I see and feel the benifits I'm going to stick with it.
