protein powder
The cravings issue is important re: breakfast, for sure. Perhaps try 1 or 2 tbsp ground flax and a couple tbsp of plain protein powder (I use Designer Whey - no sweeteners, less than 1g carb per scoop (which is about 4 tbsp)). Add water or cream plus water, and things like vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, stevia, etc. to that and microwave. Hey, and if you add an egg to all that (before microwaving, of course), you've got pancake mix!
