Thanks for the reply. I think tomorrow I'm going to try one scoop of the Keto Oatmeal for breakfast instead of two and see if that still gives me cravings.
I may try the Flax o meal, and see if that is any lower in carbs.The muffins sound tempting too!!
Your chops sound good too though, but some mornings I just NEED a bowl of something warming. Know what I mean?
