Hi all! I take just a multi-vitamin. I cannot find
L-glutamine, L-carnitine, chromium picnolinate or any of the fats/oils here that are recommended on the Atkins web site. I am going to America on the 18th - so I will check the drug store there - but I am not willing to pay the postage the Atkins site charges and then customs as well on those expensive (on that site) items. <- The customs guy with a big, fat bill!

Anyway, if anyone here happens to know of where to find these things in Germany (riiight! LOL!) please drop me a PM and let me know!
