I use the ketosis sticks when I don't seem to be losing any weight (I only weigh myself once a week). I'm not an obsessive personality so I only use it as a tool to give me direction with my diet. I will also be using something in the future that is much more accurate - my grandmother's extra glucose monitor and extra supplies. Again, just as a tool occasionally when I'm stalling and can't pinpoint what food seems to be the aggravator. I like tools and I especially like anything that has a gauging effect, numbers are cool!
