Default Am I doing (or did) something majorly wrong?

Hi Folks,
I'm a 25 year old male doing 20 grams of carbs a day. On Super Bowel (intentional misspelling) Sunday I had the urge to well, get a buzz on, so I drank some diet sodas with some flavored rums. Like the last time I drank I had a huge ketosis reading the day after. Well it is now Thursday, the scale went from 316 to 325 (after sunday) and this morning it was 319. And for the last 3 ketostix readings it has been trace or negative. I've been eating 20 grams or less a day (to my knowledge, I did guess on a few things mild sauce for wings, salad that had a few carrot strips etcs.) And now I'm worried I messed up, am out of ketosis, and now gaining weight. I'm scared. I want this to work. Any advice?

P.S. Been drinking alot of water recently to try to get back on track (back down to 316 then on to more weight loss) so that could be the reason for the ketostix not registering but I am in a panic. I want it to be a 2-5 lbs a week again
