I am an engineer that supports a production department that starts work at 6:18 a.m. I get up at 4:15 every morning and make it a point (4 - 5 days a week) to do aerobics or ride the exercise bike before going to work. Yeah it takes time, but I feel better on the days that I dont hit the snooze button. Also I get home by 4 p.m. every day to be home when my son gets off the school bus, so going to the gym right after work isnt really an option until he's a little older, or DW can get home in time as well.
