Thanks for all the replys. I also wanted to make sure I was not the only one who doesn't call it a high protein diet, and I can see I'm not. Where I mostly see it is in the media, like magazines and articles like that, it doesn't matter whether they are for or against it they all still say it's a high protein diet.
