So I didn't do anything exercise wise yesterday
Lower Body Weights this morning (No extra weight, just my body weight ):
- Squats - 12 repetitions - 3 sets
- Lunges - 12 repetitions - 3 sets
- Calf Raises - 12 repetitions - 3 sets
- Leg Lifts - Side - 12 repetitions - 3 sets
- Leg Lifts - Rear - 12 repetitions - 3 sets
- Leg Lifts - Front - 12 repetitions - 3 sets
- Leg Lifts - Inner thigh - 12 Repetitions - 3 sets
