Todays workout I tried doing 4 sets of 15 for each excersize....It was a sucsess! I actually told Chud that I would do a set for him since he's not feeling too good lately.....and I said wtf, mightas well try! I DID IT BRO!!!
And i feel it too....but looks like its gonna be the norm now, thanks Chud!
4 sets of 15 w/90lbs for the Ab Crunch
4 sets of 15 w/225lbs for the Back Extension
4 sets of 15 w/80lbs for the Tricep Pushdowns
4 sets of 15 w/90lbs for the Sitting Lat Pulls
4 sets of 15 w/85lbs Seated Row
4 sets of 15 w/100 Freedom Press
Cant wait to feel good enough to do 5 sets of 15 reps!
