Dodger -- Any easy Chinese recipes (sauces in particular) to share? I'm clueless in the kitchen and I don't know quite what to do with the soy sauce and Splenda -- but I love Chinese food and would love to mix up some beef and broccoli if you can share a good sauce idea!
