It is a shame that all these low carb products, including the Atkins ones, contain so much soy. Maybe it is not so bad that it forces us to eat healthier whole foods. Why have a overpriced Subway wrap made with a soy based tortilla, when they will make any of their sandwiches into a nice big salad, which I find delecious.
