I eat 5 times a day so that I will not be really hungry at anytime I eat. I try to get all my eating done by 6 pm and the portions of everything I eat relatively small. I truly do have an insulin problem (hypoglycemic) and my carb cravings from that is what got me to be so heavy. Eating the way I do seems to keep everything in balance. But, I am sure this is an individual thing and not everyone can manage to eat this often.
