What a great question.

I have the same issue. At 290 pounds, I eat about 1400 per day these days, and I am never hungry. I'm eating way too little, although at your weight, you aren't so far off, I'd think.

Fitday tells me that I have a total caloric output of 3600, so my deficits are high. I try to get them up, but it's difficult to raise calories without raising carbs, unless I just eat tons of meat. Nuts I'm off for a while to see if they're part of what stalled me.

I'm utilizing pork rinds and jerky to try to boost calories a bit. At meals, I do a decent amount of cheese on salads, etc.
