The prices he quoted are a bit on the high end. For example, Carb Countdown Milk is $2.50 at Super Wal-Mart, not $3.49. While I can't speak for the Atkins Cornbread Mix [since I've never even heard of it before now,] the Atkins mixes generally run about $4.69-$4.99 around here [Super Wal-Mart and Albertsons,] not $5.99...unless you buy exclusively at the Health Food Store.
