Honestly I haven't really kept track of my calories. I'm never hungry and don't eat till I am. But for me, I think if I don't get enough calories it definetly stalls my weightloss. Before Starting Atkins I was lucky if I took in 800 a day and all I kept doing was gaining. I know people see my weight and say "you had to be eating more then that" but I wasn't lol- it was what I was eating and how much really.
