I used to be a Metabolife user (the old ephedra kind) and lost pounds on it for awhile. I never had any problems on it. Now with the new law everything is ephedra free which I totally understand why. My question is: Has anyone been using the new Metabolife Ephedra free and has it helped them in any way? Also, if not Metabolife, could anyone recommend another diet supplement that worked for them? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
