Default Muscle gain/fat loss

Hi, folks,

A lot of people ask about muscle gain and fat loss while lifting. Here are my one month results. I did morning empty stomach cardio for 20 mins, 4 days a week, and for the last two weeks, I lifted weights 2 - 3x per week a la BFL.

Scale loss: down 6.5 lbs, 4 week 1, 2.5 week 2, no change weeks 3 and 4

Lean mass: up 5 lbs, gained a little less than a lb/week the first two, about 1.5 per week the second two

Fat lost: 12 lbs Yee ha!

Inches:

Bust -1.5"
waist - 2.25"
hips - 3.25"
thigh - 1" each

I will be doing pretty much the same plan for the next 4 weeks. AM cardio 4-5x/week, lifting 3-4x per week. I expect another 3-5 lbs LBM added, and really, really hope to see another 10-12 lbs of fat gone.

Anyone need more reasons to exercise? LOL

And, for those of you who are stuck, note that my scale weight has been exactly the same for more than two weeks, yet in that time, I've lost about 2% bodyfat. The scale can lie. The pantometer doesn't.
