I see from the posts here that Atkin's bread has been working it's way across the country. I was at the Superstore this morning and they now have what they call an Atkin's Bakery set up near the vitamin department. Bars of course....but also 2 types of bread and bagels. Also found that they are now carrying Chapman's Sugar Free ice cream....before they only had the lactose free, but the manager there today said that people have been screaming for the sugar free.......so I say keep screaming about everything else too and we will get it! LOL

I have found a number of their no name brand items are low carb friendly too....so many to list. I guess it's a sign of the times.

I passed on the above items today, but it is sure nice to know that when I get closer to goal.....or even just when I have a craving....that I will be able to go out and find them at a store nearby rather than having to go down south.
