1. Water - of course (since I started the diet, I'm drinking about 12 cups a day...yumm yumm yumm!)
2. Diet Hansen's Soda - Kiwi Strawberry and Peach are my favorite. They're made with Splenda too...so no aspartame.
3. Wal*Mart has these carb free flavored sparkling waters...some of them taste like REAL fruit juice!!! SOO yummy!! They have aspartame in them though, if I can remember correctly, so I only indulge every-once-in-a-while.
***The nice thing too...if you want to be really bad (I haven't done this yet, but did a couple of times the last time I was on the diet) - At a social outing, you can add a shot of vodka to them (especially the cranberry one) and make a yummy mixed drinks. (hee hee...I know, I know...alcohol = bad...that's why I haven't done it this time...but sometimes, you just want to have a drink with your friends.
