Since I missed posting menu yesterday, I'm posting Thursday and Friday's menu / stats today. Weight was down to 175 lbs Thursday morning - is at 176 lb this AM (salty Mexican food last night and too many carbs yesterday )
Thursday Menu:

1 cup LC mixed veggies - stir-fried in olive oil
