Well, I've fallen off the horse. For the last five days I've been gorging myself full of crap. The worst part is I can't figure out what triggered the binging or why I continued to do it even after I recognized the problem.

So, I'm back in full force. I will be posting regularly again and keeping detailed journals (fitday and this site). Strangely, I didn't stop exercising.
