I had been eating about 1900 calories and didn't lose for a good 8 days...so I thought I'd start making small changes and my first change was to increase my calories because from what I had been reading I have not been eating enough. So for 3 days I upped my calorie intake. From 1900 to between 2250 & 3130...and in those 3 days I lost 3 lbs! And then yesterday I had 1500 calories and I gained back 2!! So for me I think I need to stay at the higher calorie intake for a while.
