plug a few of your daily menus into fitday and see how you are doing - esp. with riboflavin (B2).
Of course, it would be very hard not to get enough B2 on a high-meat (or LC) diet - but you never know - you might need more than average.
you might also consider a multi-vit if you seem borderline or low on a consistant basis.
