hi roz et.all,as you know last week I stayed the same due to the time of the month,but this week boy did the woosh fairy visit me last night-4lbs down and I actually felt it comming off I know that sounds strange but whenever I have a large loss I feel realy strange the night before!I also drank gallons of water all week and am increasing my ability to exercise as I lose the lbs.The only negative side to losing all this weight is the fact that I have a wardrobe full of clothes that look as though they belong to someone else ,I can now justifiably say "I have nothing to wear"!.
