What supplements are you taking? I am on Atkins and I have learned that whenever you change your eating habits you will experience water loss. Losing water will also deplenish your body of electrolytes especially potassium and magnesium. I take daily sups of potassium and a combination supplement of magnesium/calcium. That really helps with my tiredness. I highly reccomend it.
