Hi guys, me too! I lost 25lbs in 7 weeks last year and never felt better, had a bit of a rough time and gained 15 back, but I'm here to try again, feeling bad though, on my 5th day no energy, sleeping badly, hungry which I never was before but determined not to go back to those evil carbs again, they really don't suit us do they?
