To feed hungry low-carb dieters, stick with foods like natural whole-grain breads, sugar-free gelatins, cheese, cold cuts, light popcorn, fruit and all cuts of lean meat. In fact, chili, barbecue pork ribs and buffalo-style (unbreaded) chicken wings are OK in moderation.

I am assuming they mean a low carb bread but popcorn??? I always thought lite popcorn meant less butter (fat) who would feed a low carb dieter popcorn?
Barbecue sauces are normally filled with sugar too.
Fruit over veggies? I would suggest celery sticks, broccoli, grape tomatoes, cauliflower and other veggies with dip over a fruit platter. Some fruits can be low carb and great in moderation but not the first thing that comes to mind when entertaining people watching their carbs.

And where are the pork rinds??? lol
