I think I recall Atkin's saying if you are TRULY in a pinch, you can have it but most is still fried in HYDROGENATED oils which are a serious no-no (I think he says the hydrogenated can put you in a stall - the body is confused about this WEIRD oil and is busy trying to do something with it).
