It's been so long, I fell off the wagon and let it trundle away.

So I figure I better re-introduce myself.

I'm Cheryl and I'm from Australia. Have just turned 39 and made the decision I need to be in shape for my 40th. I'm back to something I know works.

I have gained all I lost + 2 pounds.

So just made the decision tonight, I start in the morning. No waiting til Monday.

Can't wait til get back into the goss with everyone, I wonder how many are still here.
