well i have not checked in for a while cause i have not moved from my 180 i have been stuck at for 3 weeks now.

but i hav started wieght training and doing pilates 3 times a week, and as soon as i can get my VCR fixed i will do my firm tapes too.

any way i am wishing everyone luck and a thaw out for those frozen in ( though its 55 here in california right now).

i will come back and post as soon as i lose something.
