Its unbelieveable what yoga can do for stress. I never would have believed it before I took a yoga class. I have a very stressful job and I boss that I absolutely hate and my weekly Kripalu class helps me release all that pent up tension and aggression. And it does wonders for toning the body along with some mild cardio exercise.
