Yes, I tried it. Lost some weight - can't remember how much -- but did not keep it off.

The food was pretty expensive, and as others have said, you still had to shop. It tasted mainly like cardboard as I recall, and the portions were very, very small, and did nothing to curb my addictions or cravings, because the foods contained sugar, flour, etc. Plus, it was a pain to have to make another meal for DH.

Nothing has EVER worked for me like Atkins, nor given me back a feeling of control over what I eat. Best of all, you eat REAL food, in quantities that satisfy and you don't have to buy anything to do it, except the book.

It makes so much damn sense I still kick myself every day that I did not start years sooner.
