Heh, Wow you guys are doing great.

Wenzday I loose the same way... stick around a number for a while then loose 2-3#'s. Averages out but it's frustrating.

I won't post my wt till tomorrow as I'm home with a sick son and wt in at work. nearing the end of TOM anyway so one more day may give me a little loss. Forever hopeful that I will get into onerland.

I did alright over the w/e but was really doing the munchy thing and had a big bowl of fresh fruit with my omellette yesterday when we went out... It was really good but probably had some sugar in it as well as pinapple, melon, grapes (gave the grapes away). More than we should have on induction/ OWL but it was an awesome treat. I try not and feel guilty or really count that as a "cheat" as fruit is good for you and other plans allow them. Probably the biggest negative I get from others is that the Atkins in induction and OWL really restrict most fruits. I understand the blood sugar/ insulin theory so I balanced it with a good protien. We will see tomorrow when I wt in... it won't be the fruit though if I gained it will be the sugar free home made chocolate that I pigged out on on Saturday night PMS big time.
