I totally agree with what Gaelen has just said to you. I went on Atkins in August, but have recently switched to Protein Power. At one point I gave up vegetarianism because I couldn't get enough to eat with only 20 grams of vegetable protein. Protein Power is more vege friendly. Though they point out being vegetarian is not necessary, to me it is. I've followed vegetarianism since 1982. So for me it is part of who I am. I can have my beans as long as I only do about 1/4 of a cup. And my soy yogurt as long as I can control the amount, the same with soy cheeses. I have a splash of dairy and a splash of eggs. And of course a whey protein shake everyday. Otherwise I guess Atkins is doable when following a vegetarian diet, but I found it impossible. Judy
