Hi--
I'm glad this thread was here--what seems to be the case with these testamonials is that most women don't have very high ccls. Like Sydnarella, I don't have much weight to lose, and am generally a small-sized person. I have lost 24 pounds, and I'm just 5 lbs from my goal. I exercise about an hour a day, 6 days a week and I'm BARELY losing on 20 grams a day. I was getting kind of frustrated until I read your posts. (I've lost 2 lbs in 6 weeks--I guess that's better than nothing!) I'm just wishing I could add a little more variety (especially fruit!) to my food choices. Oh well. I am feeling great, so I keep at it.
