Welcome PJ. Make sure you check out the South Beach section of the forum. Lots of good folks over there! From what I have read on South Beach (my wife is doing South Beach) I don't think the menus were meant to be followed religiously. I think they were more of a suggestion as to the types of foods you can have. So I don't think you have to worry about mixing and matching the menus.
