I don't use many, but I'll sometimes put mustard on a burger.
When I'm eating a roast, or cut of beef that seems a bit dry to me, I'll eat each bite with a bit of creamy mashed cauliflower - tastes great together. I also sometimes make LC gravy for my Sunday roast dinner
Generally, though, I just season the meat before cooking - pepper & spices depending on the meat.
